This project represents a full transformation of the employee training system at Texnomart through short educational videos.
In the context of high staff turnover, language barriers, and the clip-thinking style of the new generation, we implemented a microlearning format, launched an in-house video studio, and created an LMS environment where knowledge became accessible, visual, and engaging.
On-the-go learning, available via Telegram and the LMS, was adapted to reflect the real-life conditions of retail stores.
More than 300 videos, dozens of presentations, and quizzes have become the foundation for fast onboarding, sustainable skill development, and improved customer service quality across 38 stores nationwide.
